There will be opportunities to network and share ideas and the week-end will include sessions and workshops on:
- Having an effective visibility strategy
- Creating a congregational leaflet: design, contents, layout, construction
- Hints and Tips from a professional website designer on how to refresh and keep your website attractive, accessible and relevant
Additional Friday afternoon Workshop:
Creating a video for the web and the opportunity to create a video clip.

Friday Afternoon Session
On the Friday afternoon there will be the session on creating your own congregational video. The session will start will explaining how to plan your video, then go into constructing it on Powerpoint and then help you record a soundtrack.
We ask those attending to bring a laptop computer (with Powerpoint installed where possible). They should also bring images from their congregation, the people, the building events etc. . Ideally about 20 images are required. If you have any question please email James Barry ( jbarry@unitarian.org.uk ) who will be running the session.
